Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in core recruitment. The role will focus exclusively on sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating and closing candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Understand job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage salary discussions and offer coordination.




Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Handle multiple vacancies and achieve recruitment targets within timelines.

Required Skills
2–4 years of hands-on core recruitment experience.
Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
Target-oriented approach with solid closing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
