Shree Balaji Lotus Buildcon LLP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with at least 2 years of on-site construction experience to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to approved drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
Verify measurements and maintain site records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Resolve on-site technical issues and assist in planning work schedules.
Coordinate material requirements and monitor inventory at the site.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.




Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in building construction.
Positive understanding of construction methods, drawings, and quality control.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project documentation.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in residential or commercial building projects.
Knowledge of quantity estimation and billing is an advantage.
