Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
Coordinate HR policies, training, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
Maintain HRMIS and prepare regular HR reports for management.
Support audits, inspections, and other HR/administrative activities.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent, with relevant HR experience.
Jewellery Industry experience will be given first preference.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
