We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Smiles & Scans, a growing and well-established dental clinic located in Sunny Enclave, Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, valuable communication skills, and the ability to assist in all aspects of dental care and patient handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during dental procedures (chair-side assistance)
Prepare and sterilize instruments and materials
Take and process digital X-rays (if trained)
Maintain patient records and update files
Ensure clinic cleanliness and proper infection control
Help manage appointments and front desk (if required)
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Dental Assisting or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)
Basic understanding of dental procedures and instruments
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn and grow in a clinical environment
Freshers welcome – Training can be provided
Work Schedule:
