Job Overview

Pioneer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & Operations with strong hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring across technical, sales, and corporate functions while also handling core HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from understanding requirements to candidate joining.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on role fit and organisational requirements.
Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers for timely closures.
Manage candidate engagement, follow-ups, offer negotiations, and joining conversions.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS.
Develop sourcing strategies for specialised and difficult-to-fill positions.
Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.




Support payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR policies, and other HR processes.

Requirements
3–5 years of HR experience with strong hands-on experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience in end-to-end hiring and candidate sourcing.
Experience in hiring for IT/Technology, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Sales, or specialised roles will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and major job portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Robust ownership, follow-up, and target-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/recruitment tools.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
