Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to be based at our Head Office, responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial planning, budgeting, project costing, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations — ledgers, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and book closures
Manage overall financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Oversee project-wise costing and financial tracking for ongoing construction projects
Monitor bank guarantees, working capital limits, and coordination with financial institutions
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, and filing of returns
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and project profitability analysis
Liaise with auditors, banks, and vendors for financial and accounts matters
Support tender costing and financial evaluations
Manage insurance, WC policies,



and claims related to projects
Supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate bookkeeping
Handle payables, receivables, and vendor payment processing

Requirements:
CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounts and finance, with prior experience in the construction/real estate/infrastructure industry (preferred)
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, project costing, and financial reporting
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel
Solid analytical and leadership skills

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
