Job Summary:

We are looking for a Back Office Operations Executive to manage day-to-day coordination across franchise and company-owned jewellery stores, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, payments, settlements, vendor coordination, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with stores, franchisees, vendors, and internal teams.
Manage payment reconciliation, settlements, and store accounts.
Coordinate jewellery movement, logistics, and order fulfilment.
Resolve store operational issues and grievances.
Handle procurement and administrative activities.
Maintain records of orders, jewellery movement, payments, and settlements.
Prepare MIS reports and provide regular operational updates.




Ensure timely execution and adherence to company processes.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in back-office, retail, franchise operations, or jewellery industry.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, payment reconciliation, payment gateways, and MIS.
Solid coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Location: C-Scheme, Jaipur Experience: 3–5 Years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
