Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

Reach out to potential clients and understand their business requirements.

Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings effectively.

Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities and business development performance.





Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust negotiation, convincing, and presentation abilities.

Good knowledge of lead generation and sales processes.

Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client meetings.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is preferred.

Candidates with experience in IT/technology services will be an added advantage.
