Job Description: HR Executive

Location: Hyderabad (In office)

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive who will manage end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and administrative coordination. The role requires someone who can work closely with hiring managers, employees, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth people operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer rollout, and candidate communication.
Coordinate onboarding by collecting documents, conducting background verification, creating employee records, and facilitating joining formalities.
Handle employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, designation updates, attendance,



leave coordination, exit formalities, and relieving documentation.
Maintain HR records, employee master data, and ensure documentation accuracy across HR systems.

Preferred Qualification
PGDM/MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
0–5 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment (internship experience included)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
