Understand and resolve customer queries related to the online platform/service.
Providebasic technical support and troubleshootingto customers.
Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team and follow up until resolution.
Makecold calls and outbound callsto acquire recent customers.
Generate leads throughcalls, emails and online outreach .
Follow up with prospects and maintain customer/lead information.
Supportmarketing, customer engagement and branding activities .
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.’
Technical/IT background is preferred.




Excellentspoken and written English communication .
Comfortable handlinginternational customers over voice calls .
Solid problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable withcold calling, lead generation and follow-ups .
Basic understanding ofsoftware, websites, applications or technical troubleshooting .
Knowledge ofmarketing and brandingwill be an added advantage.
Basicaccounts/accounting knowledgewill be an added advantage.
Comfortable working independently duringnight shifts .
Graduate inBCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. (IT/CS), BBA, B.Com or a related fieldpreferred.⭐Someone with atechnical mindset + solid communication skills + customer support experience + willingness to make outbound calls. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with international customers and working during night hours.
