Digital Marketing Manager

Sharadha Skill Academy (KG Group) is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive online growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage SEO and SEM to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and targeted website visits.
Lead Content Marketing initiatives, including content planning, creation, and distribution.
Plan and execute Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools and make data-driven decisions.
Manage Email Marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve lead quality and customer acquisition.
Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize advertising spend.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
Lead, train,



and guide the digital marketing team to improve productivity and creativity.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, and Digital Advertising.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Marketing Automation Tools.
Solid analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
