Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), React.js.
Robust experience in software design principles and application architecture.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Familiarity with version control systems and cooperative development workflows.
Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications.
Knowledge of integrating applications with various data sources and APIs.
