About the Role

We're launching a dedicated Affiliate Program — a performance-based channel where third-party publishers, bloggers, consultants, and YouTubers promote our products and earn commission on what they drive.

This is a build-from-zero role. You won't be inheriting an existing program with a dashboard full of partners. You'll choose the network, set the commission economics, recruit the first hundred publishers, and grow it into a consistent, meaningful revenue stream. If you like owning a channel end to end and being measured on the revenue it produces, this is that job.

What You'll Own
Commission strategy — Research industry benchmarks and set commission rates that are competitive for publishers and sustainable for our margins.
Program setup — List and launch the program on an established affiliate network so publishers can discover and join us.
Creative kit — Work with our in-house design and content teams to build banners, product feeds, pre-written reviews, swipe emails, and individual tracking codes.
Affiliate recruitment — Actively source and sign partners across event consultants, agency blogs, church media, school and PTA sites, photography reviewers, and adjacent niches.



Target the right candidates based on geography and line of work.
Tracking and attribution — Set up and maintain tracking, attribution logic, and margin/commission models.
Partner management — Own ongoing affiliate relationships, negotiate terms, resolve disputes, and keep top performers active and productive.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or a closely related performance marketing field
Hands-on experience administering an affiliate network or platform (e.g. Impact, PartnerStack, Awin, CJ, ShareASale, Refersion, or similar)
Proven track record recruiting partners who actually promote — not just sign up
Solid negotiation and relationship management skills with external partners
Working knowledge of tracking and attribution setup
Comfort building margin and commission models in a spreadsheet
Ability to brief and coordinate creative work with designers and copywriters
Have dealt US,UK market experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
