We are looking for passionate and skilled BIM Modellers (MEP) to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Revit MEP and be capable of developing high-quality BIM models for large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop BIM models for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical systems.
Prepare LOD 300/350/400 models as per project requirements.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
Generate shop drawings, sections, schedules and BOQs.
Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants and MEP Design Engineers.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project deliverables.
Candidates with experience in any of the following projects will be given preference:
Data Centers
Semiconductor Facilities
Battery Manufacturing Plants
Commercial Buildings
Industrial Projects
Healthcare Projects
