Position: Retail Store Sales Executive
Location: Adyar, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail sales or customer-facing roles
Languages Required: Tamil and English (Hindi is an advantage)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Retail Store Sales Executive who can provide a positive in-store experience for customers while supporting sales and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product displays and store presentation.




Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
Support inventory management and daily store operations.
Assist with promotional activities and store events when required.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a qualified approach.
Basic computer knowledge for billing and store operations.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays with rotational weekly offs.

Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Additional incentives based on store performance.
