Job Title: Relationship Manager / Sales Manager CASA

Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new High-Value Current & Savings (CASA) accounts through open market sourcing.
Achieve monthly CASA acquisition targets.
Ensure customer onboarding and activation with required account balances and transactions.
Generate leads and cross-sell banking products such as Business Banking, Trade, FX, CMS, and DSB.
Adhere to KYC, AML, and bank compliance guidelines.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in CASA acquisition, preferably in the SME banking segment.
Valuable understanding of local business markets and commercial catchments.
Knowledge of Business Banking, Trade, and FX is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Robust communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
Fluency in English and the local language.
Well-groomed and customer-focused.
