Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
7–12 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, Solid Edge
Solid understanding , tolerance analysis, and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, sheet metal, casting, forging, welding, and injection molding.
Experience with product testing, validation, and failure analysis.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Lead the design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and complete systems.
Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) using CAD software.
Perform engineering calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews.
Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and project teams throughout the product development lifecycle.




Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and root cause analysis for engineering issues.
Support prototype development, testing, validation, and product qualification activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
Review and approve engineering documentation, drawings, and design changes.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on design best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Interface with suppliers and customers to resolve technical issues and support product development.xcellent communication and teamwork abilities.
