You will work on LinkedIn and Upwork to generate leads, reach out to potential clients, and help grow our business. We value speed, creativity, and a mindset that is always looking for a better way to do things.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify potential clients on LinkedIn and Upwork every day
Send personalised, well-crafted outreach messages that get noticed
Follow up with leads regularly and keep the pipeline moving
Understand client requirements and present our services effectively
Maintain an updated tracker of all leads, conversations, and outcomes
Experiment with different outreach approaches and share what works
Stay active, responsive, and professional on both platforms at all times

What We're Looking For




Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 6 months of experience in any field
Valuable written communication skills in English
Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and Upwork
Quick learner who picks up recent tools and processes quickly
Innovative approach to lead generation — you think beyond the obvious
Open mindset — coachable, curious, and willing to try new things
Self-driven and consistent — you take ownership without being followed up
