Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training for the GDA Advance course as per the DDU-GKY curriculum.
Conduct practical and theoretical sessions for trainees.
Develop students' knowledge and skills in patient care, healthcare procedures, hygiene and safety.
Maintain training records, attendance, assessments and trainee progress reports.
Conduct regular tests and practical assessments.
Support trainees in developing employability and workplace skills.
Coordinate with the project and centre management team for smooth implementation of training activities.

Eligibility & Qualifications:
GNM with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, OR
B.Sc. Nursing with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Experience in healthcare training or skill development projects will be preferred.

Positive communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage and train a batch of students effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
