Carry out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment across residential and commercial real estate projects.
Execute electrical wiring, cable laying, panel board installation, lighting systems, power distribution, and earthing works as per approved drawings and safety standards.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted electrical operations and minimize equipment downtime.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in wiring, panels, switchboards, motors, pumps, generators, and other electrical systems.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and the MEP team to ensure timely execution of electrical works in line with project schedules.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with statutory regulations, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, material usage, and breakdown reports, and promptly report any major issues to the Site Engineer

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
