We are looking for a Full Stack Engineering Lead with 9-12yrs of experience to lead offshore engineering teams and deliver scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in Angular, Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, along with proven technical leadership and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead offshore engineering pod(s) and drive end-to-end application delivery.
Design, develop, and review applications using Angular, Java Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams on solution design.
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to engineering standards.
Drive CI/CD automation, cloud deployments, and performance optimization.
Mentor team members and support Agile delivery through sprint planning and execution.
