Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher / Early Childhood Educator

Target Age Group: 2 to 6 years old (Nursery, LKG, UKG)

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, patient, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to foster a nurturing and safe learning setting. In this role, you will introduce foundational literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional concepts through play-based and interactive activities, preparing young learners for primary school.

Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Activity Planning: Design and execute age-appropriate lesson plans incorporating arts, crafts, storytelling, music, and motor-skill activities.
Classroom Management: Create a warm, well-organized, and safe classroom atmosphere while maintaining daily routines and gentle discipline.
Child Development & Observation: Monitor and track each child's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive milestones. Adapt teaching strategies to support different learning styles and needs.
Parent Communication: Provide regular updates to parents regarding their child's developmental progress, behavior, and social interactions.
Health & Safety:



Ensure safety and proper hygiene protocols in the classroom, outdoor play areas, and during snack/meal times.

Education

Bachelor's degree / 10+2 diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCE), Pre-Primary Teacher Training (PPTT), or Montessori Training

Experience

1–3 years of teaching experience in a preschool, nursery, or daycare setting

Key Skills

Robust verbal communication, patience, high energy, adaptability, and classroom management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
