Job Overview

Gashwa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of paid advertising, keyword research, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns based on client objectives.
Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search terms.
Create and optimize Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
Write compelling ad copies and optimize them for better performance.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI.
Optimize bids, keywords, targeting, and ad placements to improve campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and overall campaign performance.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign goals.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Perform A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Coordinate with the SEO, content, design,



and development teams when required.
Stay updated with Google Ads updates, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills
Positive understanding of Google Ads and PPC advertising.
Knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, ad groups, and campaign structures.
Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
Knowledge of conversion tracking and performance metrics.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
Fresher to 3 years of experience in Google Ads/PPC.
Google Ads certification is an advantage.
Candidates with practical knowledge or experience managing live campaigns will be preferred.
Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
