About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern who wants to build a career in recruitment and gain practical, end-to-end hiring experience.
This is a hands-on internship where you will be involved in the complete recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements and creating job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, offer communication, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Prepare and publish job descriptions across relevant job portals and recruitment channels.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Discuss compensation, negotiate offers, and manage candidate expectations.
Handle post-offer communication and follow-ups.
Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities.
Requirements
Freshers and candidates pursuing/recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
