5+ Experience in Consumer Electronics, Retail Service, After-Sales Service or Service Business Operations.
Solid experience in multi-location service/business operations and regional team management.
Proven experience in business growth, sales/commercial performance and target achievement.
Robust exposure to customer experience, service operations and escalation management.
Experience in vendor management and people leadership.
Positive analytical, decision-making and stakeholder-management skills.
Candidates at senior leadership level who have actually managed and grown a service business, rather than profiles limited to technical or single-location service operations.
