Role & responsibilities
Cost Analysis & Cost Reduction at Component Level,
Good understanding about the pricing, contracts and negotiation strategy for Plastic/steet metal/Packing/motor/copper/aluminium/Electrical.
Tool Development (Plastic/sheet metal/EPS/Thermoforming) as per WRPL .Specification.
Supporting to SCM for critical issues.
Supporting to QA for solving critical issue at suppler end.
MIS reporting Daily/Weekly/Monthly and as needed.
Developing & Dealing with Local/Import Vendor for Component Development.
Identifying Potential supplier & developing current part as per R&D; specification.
Responsible for general terms & agreement, NDA, contracts.
Develop and maintain tools to track market level prices for high impact purchases.
Excellent verbal & written communication.
Positive in data analytics & problem solving.
Valuable knowledge of SAP/Excel/PPT
