Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
Maintain and update existing software components to improve reliability and performance.
Document software designs, processes, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their qualified growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software design patterns.
Experience with version control systems to manage codebase effectively.
Familiarity with debugging and testing techniques to ensure software quality.
Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party services within custom applications.
Knowledge of database management and query optimization to support application data needs.
