Role & Responsibilities
Work on proof-of-concept projects using up-to-date technologies.
Research, experiment, and learn by doing.
Follow Agile practices, engineering workflows, and development processes.
Contribute to frontend, backend, AI/ML, DevOps, cloud, or platform-related PoCs based on interest and skills.
Work with technologies such as AI/ML, LLMs, Agentic AI, Azure, Databricks, React/Next.js, Python, Java, Rust, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and MLOps.
Provide regular progress updates and participate in technical discussions.
Document findings, challenges, and solutions.
Collaborate with other participants and contribute consistently.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Fresh graduates, junior developers, or professionals returning after a career gap.




Strong interest in modern software engineering and emerging technologies.
Self-motivated and willing to research and learn independently.
Comfortable learning current technologies without classroom-style training.
Basic programming or IT knowledge is preferred.
Serious about gaining practical hands-on experience and becoming job-ready.
Able to commit consistent time with flexible working hours.
Positive communication, teamwork, and problem-solving attitude.
