About the Role

Stark Pharma is looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to identify, source, and screen qualified candidates for U.S. staffing requirements across the Pharma, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, and Automation domains. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of candidate sourcing and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, CEIPAL, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
Develop Boolean search strings based on job requirements.
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
Conduct initial technical and domain screening calls.
Understand job descriptions, required skills, and industry-specific keywords.
Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/CEIPAL.
Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines.
Communicate with candidates and conduct regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with recruiters for candidate submissions.




Maintain accurate screening notes and candidate records.
Meet daily and monthly sourcing targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, or Candidate Screening.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive knowledge of U.S. recruitment and staffing processes.
Valuable knowledge of Pharma, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, and Automation profiles.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Boolean search.
Good knowledge of ATS/CEIPAL or similar recruitment platforms.
Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in U.S. recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and staffing, particularly in Pharma, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, and Automation, will be preferred.
