What You’ll Own Lead Engagement & Sales Conversion Connect with leads generated through Meta, Google, Justdial, organic channels, and other sources Have meaningful, consultative conversations to understand learner needs, interests,



and goals Recommend the right music programs and encourage prospects to visit the centre Schedule trial classes and centre visits based on teacher availability and batch calendar Follow up consistently and convert bookings into actual visits and enrolment Own key funnel metrics such as Lead-to-Booking % and Booking-to-Visit%. Learner Counselling & Onboarding Welcome learners and parents visiting the centres Understand their requirements, availability, and course preferences Guide them towards the most suitable program and batch Coordinate with teachers and the Centre Head to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. CRM & Performance Management Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up records in the CRMTrack daily activities, conversions, and funnel performance Ensure strong follow-up discipline and timely movement of leads through the sales funnel What Makes You a Great Fiti1–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, counselling, customer success, operations, or other customer-facing roles Excellent spoken Tamil and English communication Robust ability to buil
