Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Monitor assembly line operations and ensure smooth production flow.
Supervise shop-floor manpower, ensuring optimum utilization.
Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Stores departments for uninterrupted production.
Analyze production losses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor production KPIs such as productivity, rejection, downtime, and OEE.
Maintain production reports, shift records, and daily MIS.
Support recent product implementation and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with EHS standards and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of production planning, assembly processes, and line balancing.
Experience in manpower handling and shift management.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and problem-solving tools.
Positive communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
