We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and responsible candidates to join our team as Ground Staff in the Aviation Sector. The Ground Staff team plays an significant role in ensuring a smooth, secure and comfortable experience for passengers at the airport.
Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes and flight-related queries.
Handle baggage check-in, tagging and provide basic baggage assistance.
Guide passengers through airport terminals, security areas and boarding gates.
Assist elderly passengers, children and passengers requiring special assistance.
Coordinate passenger boarding and support gate operations.
Make boarding and passenger-related announcements when required.
Verify passenger documents and travel information as per company procedures.
Assist with arrival and departure procedures.
Coordinate with airline, security, baggage and airport operations teams.
Handle passenger queries, complaints and service-related concerns professionally.
Follow airport safety, security, and operational procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or airport operations team.
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Higher Secondary graduates preferred.
Age: 18 to 30 years
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in aviation, airlines, airports, hospitality, retail or customer service is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good command of English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Must be presentable, punctual, disciplined and customer-oriented.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Ability to work in a team.
