Job description:
Creating lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulate learning and creativity in children
Teaching basic skills such as color, shape, number, and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills
Establishing and enforcing rules for behavior, and procedures for maintaining order in the classroom
Observing and evaluating each child’s progress and provide reports to parents
Providing a safe and secure setting for children to feel comfortable
Identifying behavioral problems and determine the appropriate course of action
Collaborating with other educators, administrative staff, and parents to ensure the child’s growth and well-being
Organizing activities that allow children to learn about the world and explore their interests




Preparing children for the next level of primary education
Adapting teaching methods and instructional materials to meet children’s varying needs and interests
Attending professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops to maintain and improve qualified competence
