Hiring: Purchase Executive

Department: Supply Chain / Procurement
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering

Key Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end procurement of mechanical/electronic components, tools and services
Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP/ERP systems
Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality and delivery
Negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and delivery terms
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Design teams for timely material availability
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement to prevent shortages
Maintain supplier records and monitor supplier performance

Key Skills :
Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP systems




Knowledge of mechanical/electronic components and engineering drawings
Solid vendor negotiation and communication skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic data analysis
Understanding of procurement processes in manufacturing/engineering

Requirements
BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company preferred
Robust coordination, negotiation and vendor-management skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
