We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Handle inventory, billing, and vendor coordination
Resolve customer complaints professionally
Drive sales and maintain operational profitability
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
Robust leadership and team management skills
Positive communication and customer handling ability
Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
