Genemax IT Solution is looking for an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to

oversee daily operations, manage a team of 15–20 employees, coordinate with clients, support business

development activities, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily business operations.
Lead and guide a team of 15–20 employees.
Coordinate with clients and maintain solid relationships.
Support business development and company growth initiatives.
Participate in client meetings and business discussions.
Be a part of final-round candidate interviews and hiring decisions.

Eligibility
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in BPO, IT, Non-IT Recruitment, Staffing, or Service Industry preferred.

Salary

Salary: As per company standards.
