Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Operate and monitor CNC Turning centers to produce high-precision metal parts according to technical drawings.
Setting & Tooling: Perform complete machine setup, including mounting work-holding devices, loading programs, and setting tool geometry and wear offsets.
Production Efficiency: Ensure the production process runs smoothly and meets daily targets with minimal cycle time.
Quality Inspection: Inspect finished products using precision instruments like Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, and Gauges to ensure accuracy.
Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S) and handle materials safely.
Maintenance Support: Perform basic daily checks, including monitoring Coolant levels and Lubrication (Lube) oil levels.
Shift Responsibility: Must be capable of independent machine setting and operation for all CNC Turning machines during the assigned shift.
