Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Executive with a solid background in accounting and finance, preferably from the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, vendor accounts, and statutory compliance while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable/receivable and monitor outstanding balances.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
Manage inventory accounting and coordinate with sales/supply chain teams for reconciliation.




Liaise with vendors and distributors for payment processing and account settlements.
Support internal audits and assist in finalization of accounts.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required by the management.

Required Skills:
7–8 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Sound knowledge of accounting standards, GST, and TDS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
