Job Purpose

To identify, onboard and manage Operators across highway amenities including food & beverage outlets, dhabas, workshops, hotel driving the process end-to-end from initial field prospecting through to agreement signing, with a solid focus on highway and non-urban coverage.

Key Responsibilities
Operator Identification and Onboarding
Conduct field visits along assigned highway stretches to identify, evaluate and onboard Operators across categories such as restaurants, dhabas, workshops, hotels, and other highway-side facilities, as required.
Travel extensively (including overnight/outstation trips) to cover assigned highway routes — this role is not limited to city-based Operator sourcing.
End-to-End Deal Ownership – From Identification to Agreement Signing




Coordinate with Operators and manage the end-to-end onboarding process — from initial identification and discussions to commercial negotiation, documentation and agreement signing.
Operator Relationship Management
Build a healthy pipeline of prospective Operators and a robust local network of contacts, brokers and influencers across categories and geographies to meet onboarding targets and support future projects.
Closure of Matters and Other Coordination
Undertake coordination with different agencies, as and when required, to close open issues/matters.
