Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural planning and design management for residential projects.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project execution teams.
Monitor design approvals and mitigate project-related risks.
Support management in strategic architectural and project decisions.
Manage multiple projects and design teams simultaneously.
Experience & Profile
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
Robust experience in large residential townships and high-rise residential developments.
Expertise in consultant coordination and project management.
Robust understanding of construction methodologies and architectural execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced setting.
