We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growth team. This role is a vital part of our expansion, focusing on generating recent business, building solid client relationships, and driving the adoption of our ERP and custom software solutions across the assigned territories of all over Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities: -
Pitch and demonstrate our ERP software
Convert leads into customers (close deals)
Build strong relationships with clients
Follow up regularly and maintain client database
Work with team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication skills (Marathi, Hindi & English)
Confidence in speaking and presenting
Interest in sales & field work
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM (training will be provided)
