Position: Ice Cream Shop Staff / Crew Member

Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Explain ice cream flavours, menu items, and offers to customers.
Prepare and serve ice creams and other menu items.
Handle cash and UPI payments accurately.
Keep the counter, tables, and shop area clean and hygienic.
Maintain proper stock levels and inform the manager when supplies are running low.
Record daily sales and stock details.
Take customer orders accurately and serve them quickly.
Assist with opening and closing the shop.
Follow all hygiene and food-safety standards.

Requirements
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Friendly, responsible, and punctual.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Previous experience in an ice cream shop, café, or food-service business is an advantage.
Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
