Role: Officer IBOR Accounting & Reconciliation
Location: Coimbatore

Role Overview

The Officer will manage day-to-day delivery across IBOR accounting and reconciliation processes, ensuring operational excellence, control adherence, and continuous improvement. This role requires robust execution capability along with a proactive approach to governance and team management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily IBOR accounting and reconciliation activities across portfolios
Ensure timely closure of breaks with proper root cause analysis and resolution
Support fund accounting and middle office processes with robust operational linkage
Drive adherence to controls, compliance, and audit requirements
Support process improvement and transformation initiatives
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting (Power BI exposure preferred)
Play a key role in account transitions and stabilization efforts




Manage team performance, training, and development

Required Experience
10+ years of experience in IBOR accounting, reconciliations, and fund accounting
Exposure to Middle Office functions or investment operations
Strong understanding of accounting flows, break management, and reconciliation processes
Experience supporting or participating in transformation/automation initiatives
Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is preferred
Candidates have to be open for shifts
