Conversion: Candidates who successfully complete the internship and explicit NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives Certification) may be considered for a full-time Customer Support position, subject to performance and company requirements.
Role: Customer Support – Stock Market

During the Internship:

Learn basics of stock markets, trading, and Demat accounts.
Handle customer queries through calls, email, and chat.
Learn Tradejini's trading platforms and account processes.
Assist customers with basic trading-related queries.
Receive guidance and practical exposure to stockbroking operations.

Eligibility:

Fresh graduates / final-year graduates.
Positive communication skills.
Interest in stock markets and financial services.
Willingness to learn and complete the NISM Series VIII certification.
