Sales Engineer (Electrical)

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer (Electrical) to identify and acquire recent customers, nurture existing accounts, and build strong client relationships. This is a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in Electrical Panels, Automation, IoT, and Digitization.

Role & Responsibilities
Build long-term relationships with potential and existing customers
Develop business strategies for sustained growth
Apply strong sales-technical skills to understand accurate customer requirements
Achieve assigned sales targets
Understand and execute Automation/Electrical Panel products and services
Handle price scheduling, budgeting, and tracking for the team
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports as required
Deliver client-specific sales presentations
Track competitor products/OEMs and articulate our USPs
Translate customer requirements into strong, compelling proposals




Coordinate with Design and Costing teams on enquiries
Prepare, submit, and discuss technical proposals with clients
Negotiate and communicate effectively to close high-value orders
Coordinate after-sales service with the Service department
Manage payment follow-ups

Preferred Candidate Profile
57+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, working with Industrial Factories, Units, and related departments
Proven track record in B2B sales and team management
Market knowledge of Electrical Panels, Automation Solutions, Energy Saving Solutions, and IoT products preferred
Familiarity with ABB / L&T; / Schneider / Mitsubishi products preferred
Knowledge of LT, HT Switchgear, and Electrical Control Panels preferred
Robust costing and taxation knowledge
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics; MBA preferred
