You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to the overall reliability and performance of the applications you support. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
