Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Mahanadu Road, Auto Nagar, Vijayawada.

Qualification:10th, Intermediate & Graduates

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Assist customers via phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms.
Log customer issues, track support tickets, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Gather feedback from customers and share insights with relevant teams to improve service quality.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams or management.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications:




Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to speak Hindi and English
Empathy and patience when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
Previous experience in customer service or support (preferred but not mandatory).

Working Conditions:
Full time position, typically Monday to Saturday
Rotational week-offs on the company’s needs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
