As a Patient Care Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients. Your role is vital in providing compassionate care and support throughout their treatment process.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed.
Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, keeping accurate records to maintain a smooth workflow.
Medical Records Handling: Assist in updating and managing patient records, ensuring all information is kept confidential and organized.
Support Healthcare Staff: Collaborate with doctors and nurses to provide the necessary support, including relaying patient information and coordinating care.
Patient Education: Provide clear information to patients regarding their treatment plans and any necessary follow-up care, ensuring they understand their health needs.
Handling Queries:

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess a robust desire to help others.
