Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, grow our online community, and promote our brand digitally. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and handle all social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
Create and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
Develop creative captions, hashtags, and content strategies.
Monitor trends and create viral content ideas.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team for brand promotions and campaigns.




Run paid advertisements on platforms like Meta and Google.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms
Content creation and basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
Video editing skills for reels and short videos
Copywriting and caption writing skills
Knowledge of social media analytics tools
Creativity and trend awareness

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
Experience managing business social media accounts

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation
Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads / Google Ads)
Understanding of branding and audience engagement

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
