Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in handling recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Handle attendance and leave management.
Assist with payroll-related coordination and employee data.
Address employee queries and coordinate with employees on HR-related matters.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR letters, reports, and other HR-related documents.
Support employee engagement activities.




Handle exit formalities and required documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers can apply; candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience are also welcome.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
